1. Booking Options

You may secure your place on the retreat by choosing one of two options:

• Pay in Full: your booking is confirmed immediately upon payment.

• Deposit Option: a non-refundable deposit of £65 secures your space, with the remaining balance due by 8th January 2026.

• Early Bird Deposit Option: a non-refundable deposit of £65 secures your space, with the remaining balance due by 1st December 2025 to secure the Discounted price. 

All bookings are handled securely through our Wix Quick Pay system. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is received.

2. Payments & Balances

• If you select the Deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid by date stated to confirm your place.

• Failure to complete the balance by this date may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

• Payment reminders and a private balance link will be sent to your email prior to the due date.

3. Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat start date, any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable in full.

• You may transfer your place to another person at no extra cost, provided we are notified at least 14 days before the retreat begins.

4. Retreat Changes

• We reserve the right to make small adjustments to the retreat schedule, venue, or facilitators if necessary.

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer your payment to a future date.

5. Communication

• All retreat details, arrival information, and preparation guidance will be sent by email before the retreat.

• Please ensure you provide a valid and regularly checked email address.

6. Agreement

By booking your place and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
